Removed old shrubs, cleanup old stumps, chips and level the ground, 10yards of topsoil and re-grade, existing lawn restored, beds reshaped and plantings done, build a raised vegetable garden, install irrigation.

NOTE: We use a stand-on machine and Gorilla cart to move topsoil as it does not compact the ground the way a Bobcat loader would. It's more work but the result is worth it.
